2006 Success Stories

Here is Toby (aka Dobbie aka Bobbie) in his new home.  He is being exceptionally pampered - vet believes he's somewhere between 7-10 years old - was not well cared for in his previous life (bad coat, bad teeth, etc).  Apparently, he's never been to the vet because he completely freaks!  And trying to cut his toenails??? Huge drama...so they will probably have to sedate him for future visits.  But, that's all he has to complain about, and his new family TOTALLY loves him.

3/30/06 - Bobbie has a new home with great people in Los Osos.

INCA!!!!  A man saw her picture in the Easy Ad and believed it to be the dog he had lost about 6-7 months ago.  Turned out it was her!!!  Absolutely thrilling!!!  Many, many thanks to Laura and Lucas who fostered her these last 3 weeks - she was big, happy handful!  Now we're on the lookout for a dog for them to adopt. 

3/30/06 - Daisy was adopted to a very nice couple who have a 4 year old male doxie - Daisy is not ready to play with him just yet (she tolerates his grooming her ears, but nips at him when he wants more than that)  - but they have totally fallen in love with her, she is sleeping in their bed, and they have patience and understanding of her.
